Coming from Rocky Mount on 220/581N/Franklin Road W - Use the right lane to take the VA-419 N/US-220 BUS/Franklin Rd exit ramp to Salem. Stay left bottom of exit. Turn left onto 419/Electric Road. Continue Electric Road. Go straight through light at Starkey Road and make a U-Turn at Bernard Drive. Our parking lot is on right (Tanglewood West Building) after the Waffle House - Once in parking lot go to the far left end of the building, our clinic entrance is on the left side of building with a separate entrance (black sign and awning above our entrance door). No need to enter the main entrance of the office complex.
